You may ask how an online session will help you with losing weight. That’s a very important question. I found that people gain weight for various reasons that are sometimes not related to their physical realities but rather it can be related to their emotional condition. Sometimes gaining weight is a symptom of being lonely or depressed. Other times it really is just poor diet or lack of exercise. In this session we will talk about your lifestyle as well as the things that make you happy and sad. We will look at your relationships with others, with food, and most importantly, we will look at the relationship you have with yourself. You will find that when we have uncovered some of what you struggle with, things will become easier and you will progress!


Many people are struggling with being overweight. Sometimes we battle with sticking to a diet. Other times we battle with sticking to an exercise routine. Whatever the case, I am here to help you!
